Apps that
take work off you.

Whether a customer app in the store or an internal tool for your team: we develop applications that make a specific workflow faster, simpler or possible in the first place. Web, iOS and Android, from one source.

Not every idea needs an app. But every app needs a reason.

As an app development agency we build web apps, iOS and Android apps for customers and teams: from a clickable prototype in two weeks to a usable version in eight to twelve weeks, connected to CRM, inventory management and shop. We do not start at the screen, we start at the workflow. Which process costs time, nerves or revenue today? Who is involved, which systems play a part, where does the chain break? Only once that is clear do we decide what gets built: a web app in the browser, a native app for iOS and Android or an extension of what you already have.

For your customers that means: ordering, booking, tracking and service without a phone call, without a hold queue, without an email. For your team: field service, order processing, approvals or maintenance in one application that talks to CRM, inventory management and accounting. And in both cases a result you can measure, in hours saved or in revenue.

Where work
piles up.

Most processes do not fail because of people, but because of media breaks.

The order arrives via WhatsApp, the job sits in Excel, the invoice is written by a third program, and in between someone types it all over again. Every break costs minutes, creates errors and makes an overview impossible. Employees spend a considerable part of their time searching, transferring and asking questions instead of doing their actual job.

On the customer side it looks similar: anyone who wants to reschedule an appointment, track a delivery or retrieve a document today expects it to take three taps. Anyone who has to call for it calls somewhere else next time.

A good app closes exactly these gaps: one entry point, one source of truth, all systems connected. We build it so that it is usable in weeks, not years, and so that from the first sprint you can see whether it delivers what the workflow promises.

What you
get.

01

Concept & prototype

We map the workflow, clarify requirements and build a clickable prototype that your users test before any code is written.

  • Process mapping & requirements
  • Clickable prototype in two weeks
  • User testing & prioritized feature scope

02

Design & user experience

An app you understand without training. Designed within your corporate identity, made for your users' everyday work, not for the presentation.

  • Interfaces & interaction for web and mobile
  • Design system for consistent further development
  • Accessibility & offline capability where needed

03

Development & integration

Modern technology, properly tested, connected to the systems you already use. Publishing in the stores included.

  • Web apps, iOS & Android from one codebase
  • Backend, interfaces to CRM, ERP, shop & payment
  • Security, GDPR & store publishing

04

Operation & further development

After launch the real work begins: we keep the app running, measure usage and expand what proves itself.

  • Hosting, monitoring & updates
  • Usage data, feedback & roadmap
  • Support with fixed response times

How it
works.

Phase 01 / 04

Phase 01

Discover

We look at the workflow, talk to the people who live it every day, and define what the app has to deliver.

Phase 02

Prototype

A clickable draft shows in two weeks how the app feels. Your users test, we refine.

Phase 03

Build

Development in two-week sprints. After every sprint you see a usable version and help decide what comes next.

Phase 04

Roll out

Start with a first group of users, then stores and team. We measure usage and time saved and keep developing.

Frequently asked
questions.

What does an app cost?+

The scope of features decides that, not the platform. That is why we start with a small concept and prototype package at a fixed price. After that, both sides know exactly what will be built, and you receive a binding proposal for development, in stages you approve one by one.

Web app or native app?+

A web app runs in the browser, needs no installation and is usually the faster choice for internal tools and customer portals. A native app belongs in the store when your customers use it daily, work offline or need camera, push and location. Often we build both from one codebase. We recommend what fits the workflow, and explain why.

How long does it take until the first version?+

The prototype is ready after two weeks. A first usable version with the most important features usually takes eight to twelve weeks. After that the app keeps growing in sprints, and you decide after each sprint whether and how to continue.

Can you connect to our existing systems?+

Yes, that is usually the core of the work. CRM, inventory management, shop, accounting, payment providers or calendars: anything with an interface, we connect. Where none exists, we find a clean way instead of maintaining data twice.

Who owns the code?+

You do. Source code, accounts and store listings run in your name, documented and ready to hand over. You are not tied to us, even though most clients keep building with us after launch.

Why an app from a performance agency?+

Because we think from the number backwards. For every feature we ask what time it saves or what revenue it brings, and we measure it after launch. And because campaigns, website and app come from one team at Omnistudios, nothing gets lost in handovers between marketing and technology.
