Process
Growth
Good results are no accident. They are a process.
Every engagement with us goes through the same four phases. Not because we love process, but because it prevents what otherwise eats budgets: busywork, gut decisions and campaigns without a foundation.
Your starting point sets the pace: if you bring clean tracking and clear offers, you reach execution faster. If not, you get the foundation first, stated honestly instead of dressed up.

Phase 01 / 04
Phase 01
Analysis
Before we run anything, we take a close look: accounts, tracking, market and competition. At the end you know in black and white where budget is being lost and which lever promises the biggest effect.
- Account & tracking audit
- Market & competitor review
- Prioritized list of levers
Phase 02
Strategy
The analysis becomes a plan: which channels, which budgets, which messages and in which order. With milestones and KPIs you can measure us against.
- Channel & budget plan
- Messages & offers
- Milestones & KPIs
Phase 03
Execution
Campaigns, creatives and automations go live, cleanly tracked from day one. From here on, a fixed testing rhythm runs: new variants week after week, evaluated on the numbers.
- Campaigns & creatives live
- Clean tracking from day one
- Weekly test cycles
Phase 04
Scaling
What works gets more budget. What doesn't gets cut. And once a channel carries its weight, we open up the next one. That's how one lever grows into a system.
- Budget follows results
- New channels & segments
- Monthly strategy update

FAQ
Frequently asked
questions.
How soon can we start?+
Usually within two weeks of the intro call, depending on how quickly access and approvals are in place on your side. The analysis phase starts immediately, and the first campaigns follow as soon as the foundation holds.
How much time do we need to invest ourselves?+
A bit more at the start: access, an interview about your business, approvals for strategy and creatives. After that, a short fixed slot once a week is usually enough. We handle the rest.
Are there long contract terms?+
Performance needs a run-up. We recommend planning for three to six months so that testing and scaling can take effect. The exact terms are set out transparently in the proposal before you sign.
What happens to the accounts if we leave?+
Nothing. They belong to you. Ad accounts, tracking, creatives and data are in your possession from day one. You could carry on without us at any time; we would rather work in a way that makes you not want to.
The best surprise is none at all: you always know what we are working on right now.
